Register today for the 2023 NCTE Annual Convention!

Registration for the 2023 NCTE Annual Convention includes access to all General Sessions, concurrent sessions, the All-Attendee Gathering, Special Interest Group events, the Now Screening film festival, featured sessions, and the Exhibit Hall.

Student registration requires current NCTE student membership and valid proof of student status. To receive the Emeritus rate, be sure you are currently an NCTE Emeritus member.

To register, you’ll first be asked to log into your NCTE account so we can gather your contact information and membership status. You’ll then be transferred to the registration form. If you don’t yet have an NCTE account, you’ll create one before you move on to the registration form.

To complete your registration with a PO, please email a copy of your incomplete registration page and a PDF of your PO to NCTEevents@ncte.org as soon as possible with the subject line “Purchase Order.” Submitting these materials by November 1, 2023, will ensure sufficient time for processing before the Convention.

To register as a group, please contact NCTE Customer Service at 877-369-6283. The information needed for group registration includes Name, Email Address, School Affiliation/Company, Address, Phone Number, Dietary Restrictions, and ADA Accommodations for each member of the group. We offer registration at a group discount rate of $275 per person ($335 after October 11) if a school or district sends 10 or more teachers and makes a single payment to cover the balance of the invoice.

Attendees will be able to register online until the start of the Convention and onsite in Columbus during the times listed below (tentative schedule, subject to change).

• Wednesday, November 15: 5:00 – 7:00 p.m. ET
• Thursday, November 16: 8 a.m. – 6 p.m. ET
• Friday, November 17: 6:30 a.m. – 7 p.m. ET
• Saturday, November 18: 6:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. ET
• Sunday, November 19: 6:30 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. ET
• Monday, November 20: 7 a.m. – 12 p.m. ET

Early-bird pricing expired on October 11. The deadline for refunds for those unable to attend the Annual Convention was also October 11, 2023. Refunds will not be given after October 11, 2023.

Please note that membership in ALAN does not give an NCTE member rate for the ALAN Workshop.

Presenters are required to register for the Convention.
